Insurance-Related Works

We support homeowners and businesses in restoring their properties after insured damage such as fire, flooding, storm impact, or accidental incidents. Our team works closely with both the client and the insurance provider to ensure the repair process is smooth and professionally managed.

From initial remediation to final finishing, we restore properties to their original condition or better with minimal disruption and clear project coordination throughout.

How We Work

01
Step

Report the Damage

When damage occurs, the property owner should first notify their insurance provider and register a claim describing the issue and the required repairs.
02
Step

Contractor Appointment & Initial Consultation

At this stage, the insurance company may suggest approved contractors or request repair quotations. If you wish to work with us, you can request our team to provide a quotation for the required works.
03
Step

Property Inspection & Assessment

Our team will arrange a visit to inspect the property and evaluate the extent of the damage. During this stage we document all required repairs and prepare a comprehensive assessment of the work needed.
04
Step

Detailed Report & Insurance Review

A detailed report and repair estimate are prepared and shared with the insurance company. The insurer or their appointed loss adjuster reviews the scope of work and discusses any necessary approvals.
05
Step

Agreement & Project Planning

Once the insurance company approves the proposed works, we coordinate with all parties to finalise timelines and begin the restoration process.
06
Step

Repair & Restoration Work

Our qualified tradespeople carry out all repair and rebuilding works, managing the project from start to completion while keeping the client informed throughout the process.
07
Step

Completion & Insurance Settlement

After the work is completed and approved, the invoice is submitted to the insurance provider. In most cases, the policyholder only needs to pay the excess amount specified in their insurance policy.
